GARDNERGLOBAL IS UNDER CONTRACT TO PURCHASE LAND IN SKYWAY AND IS COLLABORATING WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY WITH PLANS TO DEVELOP AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP
GardnerGlobal is planning a mixed-income urban infill project specifically designed to create both mixed-income housing that will include affordable rentals and affordable for purchase units with a vision to help build wealth for Black and under-considered communities.
