GardnerGlobal acquires 3 acres

259 Skyway units set after land sale

We were able to secure portions of a future development site at 12536 Renton Ave. S. in Skyway.

GardnerGlobal is assuming another land deal to the north, which would bring the assemblage to 3.2 acres.

In keeping with our mission to develop affordable housing for Seattle residents. We are planning a 259-unit affordable housing project dubbed Skyway Towncenter.

This is a huge project and it will be a lot of work to make sure the environment is safe for future Skyway Residents.

About Skyway

Skyway is a diverse neighborhood bordered to the north by the city of Seattle. Skyway features business districts that lies along Renton Avenue South, with one center between 68th Avenue South and 74th Avenue South, including a small casino, bowling alley, and a grocery outlet. Skyway residents enjoy close proximity to attractions like the Mariners, Seahawks stadiums and elements of natural beauty.
