Central Area church sells for nearly $4M, with 169 units planned.

As planned, Mount Calvary Christian Center has sold its main property at 1412 23rd Ave., which will be redeveloped with a 169-unit apartment project dubbed the Sarah Queen. King County recorded the over $3.7 million sale on Monday. The buyer was 23 Calvary Project LLC, which is associated with Heartland. Public records indicate a nearly $3.2 million loan from the seller. Visit The Daily Business Journal Of Commerce to read more on Project Sarah Queen.

Enjoy!
