Business Leader of the Year, Finalist - Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA)

I am super humbled and grateful to be a finalist for GSBA's 2020 Business leader of the year. Being a Black and Mexican business owner and real estate developer in Seattle can feel like being trapped on an island at times. Day in and day out you hustle hard to not only improve the well being of yourself but of others and because you're on that island grinding, it can feel lonely. I want to thank GSBA for the finalist recognition. As allies I am truly humbled and look forward to taking our working of creating wealth to those who have been traditionally excluded to new heights.

Meet the 2020 GSBA Business & Humanitarian Awards recipients and finalists!

Gum ball Schmoney!

It was a pretty simple concept, actually. Our office is located in Post Alley, just south of the famed gum wall. I thought about the idea of selling gum within our office but I didn't know what that looked like. Finally, in 2019 I pulled the trigger and invested in a gum ball machine that holds 5,100 gum balls. Like I said, it was a pretty simple concept. Supply and demand. Feel free to stop by and grab a gum ball on your wall to the gum wall!
