Amazon pledges $23 million to build affordable homes in Seattle

Amazon has committed a $4.5 million grant to Gardner Global!

Gardner Global is committed to providing affordable housing. We are developing Calvary 1, an apartment complex built on the former site of a Black church that will include 122 units for tenants making 80% of area median income or less. Calvary 1 will be completed winter 2025.
